DC: Drizzle

DC

Gale force winds and the odd patch of drizzle made Milton Keynes pretty challenging , a few rails and stairs had to be abandoned due to the conditions . Luckily we had Dylan and Keith Walsh with us , Dylan set about the Buzee like a man possessed on his first trip after a broken ankle, only stopping to tell stories about the Rec and Bridgend slags. For Keith this was a good day in Dublin (not raining), you couldn’t wipe the smile off his face, smooth surfaces and no rain.

Unfortunately the Mayor of MK (Sean Smith)  wasn’t present, he is still making his way back from a DC Europe trip in Russia and will be meeting up with us in London later. Leo Smith set about the Tblock with his usual smooth switch mastery. Snadz is still recovering from Wild in the Streets on Sunday and is saving himself for his NBD at Meanwhile. We’ve also picked up Rob Selley who has joined us for a couple of days to tick off a few of the Mad Hatter’s tricks .

We found out with a fortuitous phone call that it was pissing down in London so sacked off our afternoon mission to a few of the parks and stayed in MK but with only one task ticked off and all skateparks still to hit we’ve got a few busy days ahead. So it will be another early start.
