Day 5 – Filmer Diary: Currently in Travelodge in Middlesborough.. I’m not sure if getting me to write this blog is a good idea to be honest.. my body is aching like hell, my back’s killing me and every time I try and salvage a bit of skating for myself I feel like I’m going to have a heart attack through sheer exhaustion! Having said that this could be seen as a good sign of the amount of skating I’ve been filming.. or I’m an unfit old git! I’ll let you decide when you watch the edit. Things I’m stoked on: no skatepark footage as of yet, all mad hatter tricks done at street spots.. I’ve really enjoyed filming some street lines with John Bell.. he’s a great addition to the DC team.. he skates fast, is original and kind of reminds me of a young Chewy Cannon. I’ve also been able to get quite a few chilled lines with Sean Smith, along with some mad tech bangers.. Sean has steez overload! I’m off out to see if I can faint mid line!
Blog blog bloggy blog… there you go… that’s the first 4 words of my bloggatron from the DC Big Push… and now I’m past twenty! Damn this ain’t that hard after all! So we’re a few days in and a few travelodges down. Newcastle is by far the nicest of the pack so far and bakey bake bake the TM is currently compiling our latest video blog. Myself, Mr Tim Crawley the current filmer for DC, is pretty much suffering from exhaustion after a light spell of stress and pressure overload from being the sole responsibility of the audio visual treat that you can expect from this team of incredible young wippersnappers. That’s it I’m past 100 words… I’ll finish with… “Holy shit this team have been killing it!!” We had a brief session with the Nike SB team… they were killing it… this DVD is gonna be Siiiiick!!!
